How to order your Personalised Print
1. Upload your pet’s photo
Upload a clear photo of your pet, enter their name, and choose your preferred background colour and print size. The clearer the photo, the better I can capture your pet’s unique features.
2. Your illustration begins
Once your order is placed, I’ll begin working on your portrait. Each design is carefully illustrated by hand using your photo as a reference. You’ll receive your first preview within 1 week.
3. Review and request revisions
You’ll have the opportunity to request multiple free revisions to make sure everything looks just right and you’re completely happy with the portrait.
4. Print and delivery
Once you approve the final design, your portrait will be printed on high-quality paper in my studio and carefully packaged before being sent to you.

For the best portrait, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo where your pet’s face is clearly visible and not cropped. Natural lighting works best, and the more detail visible in the photo, the easier it is to capture your pet’s unique features. If there are any issues with the photo you upload, I’ll always get in touch to help.

Postage & packaging
Each print is carefully printed and packaged in my at home studio to ensure it arrives safely.
Prints are protected and sealed in a protective sleeve and tissue paper before being shipped in a sturdy, cardboard backed envelope or postal tube, depending on the size of your order.
Once your portrait has been approved and printed, it will be dispatched and you’ll receive confirmation when your order is on its way.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and your delivery selection at checkout.
What if I don't like my portrait?
Your happiness with the final portrait is really important to me.
You’ll receive a preview of your illustration before it is printed, and you’re welcome to request multiple revisions to make sure everything looks just right. Small adjustments can be made to things like markings, colours, or details so the portrait captures your pet as accurately as possible.
Only once you’re completely happy with the design will your portrait be printed and sent to you.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will be able to see the shipping price before you purchase, in the checkout.
